Distinctive musicians coming both from the town’s Philharmonic and its Jazz club formed “Pigasos”. This is the most embellished music group of Korinthos. Its repertoire consists of famous standards from “Big Band” era as well as of George Mouzakis’ compositions. It has 20 members. It is the only music group of its kind in Korinthus and its county and one of the very few active in Greece. Apart from appearances in its own town’s region it has also performed in Athens, Corfu, Cephalonia as well as in Bulgaria and Italy.
